Accidental Insurance Information – Important:

All students must provide proof of insurance coverage for any injury or sickness while attending Front Range Baseball School. I waive and release Front range Baseball School form any and all liability from any injury or illness incurred going to school from home or while at school or returning from school to home. I hereby give my permissions for emergency medical treatment in the event that I cannot be reached.

This camp is open to any child who has reached his/her 11th birthday (prior to the beginning of camp) through any 2011 high school senior.

Late Registration will be held From 8:00 am-8:30 am on the first day of each session.

All Campers are to provide practice gear - shoes, hat, glove, and baseball pants.
