Front Range Baseball Refund Policy
The following Refund Policies apply to programs. It does not apply to league and tournament offerings.
Standard Refund Policy –
Once a program has commenced voluntary withdrawals from the program are not eligible for refunds. Front Range Baseball will be pleased to work with you to apply your balance to future program offerings.
Covid Refund Policy-
If a public health order curbs our ability to hold a program before it begins, Front Range Baseball will issue a refund of your fees minus a $25 administrative fee. This fee covers credit card processing fees and associated administrative activities.
If a public health order curbs our ability to continue a program after it begins, Front Range Baseball will issue a prorated refund of your fees minus a $25 administrative fee. This fee covers credit card processing fees and associated administrative activities.
If a public health order curbs our ability to continue a program after it begins and greater than 70% of the days in the program have been delivered, a refund will not be issued.
If a registered participant is unable to start the program due to quarantine requirements and Front Range Baseball is notified prior to the program start date, we will issue a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
If a participant enters into quarantine after the program has started, no refund will be provided. Front Range Baseball will work with you to allow you to register for future camps, clinics, or lessons so that you realize the full value of the money you have spent with us.
Front Range Baseball will be taking great care to ensure we are able to fully deliver programs. We have extra time scheduled so that we can change group sizes and our group sizes are already self limited to Covid Level 3 restrictions for businesses of our kind. Program dates and times are subject to change based on Public Health Orders that may influence the number of people allowed in our facility.
Weather Policy-
Indoor Programs are not eligible for refunds due to weather impact.
Outdoor programs will be rescheduled in the event they are impacted by weather.
